      Somebody else's question

      Ok, there is a new person who is having trouble with posting on the forums, and he came to me so I could ask a question for him. I will just quote the whole post. And I will put something in meta.

      And to answer the question. I think what you could try is wiggling your toe first. Then work your way up the body. I'm not sure if it would work, but it is worth a try.

      Anybody else have some answers for him?

      Chances are that even if nothing 'scary' happens and you don't hallucinate that it still is SP. I would suggest changing your breathing pattern to try to break out of it. This suggestion is purely on what I've heard, mind you, I have only had SP once.

      You don't have to hallucinate to have SP, it is just a common side effect. The only thing that helps me snap out of SP is holding my breath, or if you want a less extreme version change your breathing, this alerts your body that something is wrong and it will wake you up. Hope this helps
