If you see a strange typo in my post, blame my iPad for that.

I wish i could do that. I generally remember only one dream... every two weeks or so. My recall sucks alot |
|
i usually wake up around 9 AM, and stay in bed and remember a few dreams on weekends, on weekdays, i usually remember them in the shower. |
|
I use a mantra whenever my recall starts to tank. It's been holding steady for a while now, though. Pretty much, I sack in from dusk to dawn. I don't wake up in between at all if it can be avoided. In addition, I like to hold rather still when I wake up and collect my thoughts before moving. And I also dream journal every day, even if all I remember is a fragment or two. It really does help tremendously. |
|
I recall one to two dreams per night... |

LDs since discovering the forum:
(Dec. 4th 2009)
DEILDs: 5
FILDs: 2
MILD/DILDs: 17
I find that as I get more interested in my dreams, pay them more attention and spend alot of time writing them up in detail I wake up naturally every 2 - 3 times per night with a dream. |
