Hey guys! For the past week I've been keeping a dream journal and working on attaining lucidity. As my signature shows, I've had a pretty easy time of doing it, considering I've been lucid 4 times in my first week of trying. |

You should record all your dreams. But what helps is that when you record your lucid dreams, use a different color or fonts. Normal dream recording can also help make non-lucid dreams more vivid. |

Yes, I would really recommend writing down all your dreams. Start with the lucid one(s) and jot down as much detail as you can, then move on to the others. It sounds like you're using the computer to record your dreams...might I suggest Banhurt's program? It truly is amazing. |
