      What technique is this?

      Hi!
I have been reading the DV discussions for so long, and it seems to me that there are quite responsive people here, so I feel this is the right place to be
I am so happy that I can finally talk to someone about my experience.
I am a new lucid dreamer, I have been learning the skill of lucid dreaming for about five months now. I think I have found the right technique for me, but I just don't know how to call it, and I would appriciate some help.
      So here goes...
Just before I go to sleep I state my intention - an obsessive thought a strong desire to become lucid. Then I relax my body as far as I can.
I try to drift my thoughts away from my body(because when I focus to hard, lets say, on my fingers they start to twitch ) I try to fantasize, but keep in mind that I have to come back to my body before I start to dream - It also helps to keep my mind of the excitement.
It might sound stupid but I don't even know if I black out or not.
There is this silence, stillness and the next thing I know I feel the vibrations, and see the room I am sleepinging in.
I feel this unbelievable magnetic force pulling me to the bed, I wait a couple of seconds and then I get out of the bed, I get by the gravity just by thinking it is not reall and forgeting about it.
And so my lucid dream begins.

      P.S Sorry for the grammar

      You are dreaming

Believe your eyes but don't always believe what you are seeing

The Piedude is correct. WILD for sure. Not sure what V-WILD is...

And since you begin the dream by getting out of bed, these could also be described as false awakenings. False awakenings of an unusual, non-deceptive kind. Consider yourself fortunate!

Your description reminds me of a process I've read for initiating out-of-body experiences. It seems you're proficient enough, being able to WILD and float. Perhaps on one occasion you would consider separating from your body instead of 'physically' getting out of bed. Personally, I like being a meatbag.

      Visual WILD.

My best technique. I have a scene I create before I go to sleep. I use it when I first go to bed. It will usually be my first dream.

Then whenever I wake up, I visualize it again, and I'll dream about it as many times as I want. I went to Pandora THREE times last night.

It sounds like your just visualizing thought's in your mind, still aware of the fact that your intention is to lucid dream. I would call this technique a V-WILDFA

VISUALIZE-WAKE NDUCED LUCID DREAM FALSE AWAKENING

No false awakenings. The start of the dream is right where I started. Just about. A few meters ahead last night. hehehe.
