Well, provided we're talking middle/high school student, then I assume you get up early and don't really have a convenient time to nap within 5 or so hours of waking. If this is, indeed, the case, then I would stick with MILD or DILD. If you have a hard time remembering to RC, then just leave yourself some reminders, like sticky notes, etc. If you put effort into your attempts, just about any method out there will get you lucid. Granted, some methods work better than others for different people, but when some methods (like anything involving WBTB in your case) become nearly impossible to pull off and work into your schedule, MILD works just fine (it is also my method of choice). Naiya is our residential MILD queen...try dropping her a line. |

I am with you, I never have time to try any other techniques, but I think DILDs are the most impressive to be able to have regularly anyway. |
