Could this be a lucid dream?

A couple of times, when waking up from a dream, i'd notice that I am going back to my awake body or thinking 'I need to wake up!' I don't remember anything else from those dreams. Could they have been LDs?

As long as you realized you were dreaming, it is a lucid dream. For whatever reasons, it is easier to realize you area dreaming at the end of the dream. Maybe the feeling of waking up helped you figure it out. Maybe your logic was just starting to turn back on.

I'm not sure if I actually realised I was dreaming. I just remember waking up

I have similar experiences with bad dreams. I'll force myself to wake up by becoming lucid at the very end of the dream.
