      Question How long do you WBTB?

      I was just wondering how long people stay awake in a WBTB. The tutorial says '30-60 minutes' but I find that wakes me up too much. This is intentionally staying awake, not staying up due to being too awake, btw!

      It depends on the person. Some people wake up too much within 30-60 minutes, yet some need way more time to wake up enough to WILD.

      It's common when you're just starting to WILD that you fall asleep or become too awake. You have to experiment to see what times work for you.
      We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
      some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

      it also depends on what tech you are using. WILD is usually shorter, but MILD (which I use) can be longer.
