Do not come in my dreams...

So I've been always looking at my palms with written letters since I believe they change in dreams and I've been also speaking mantras while doing so in my mind during the day, but still in my dreams I don't do those things and so I don't turn lucid.

Please give me some admonishes please.

How long have you been trying? It can take a while, its different for everyone. It may take you a week or it may take 2 months till you have your first lucid. http://www.lucidipedia.com/misc/index.php this is a good website to check out to make sure your doing everything right but all the information is around. Just keep at it and keep motivated and youl have a LD in no time. also try this http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ght=yoga+nidra and see what you think. Often when I meditate or try yoga nidra i'll have a lucid that night.

Anyway to answer your question, I have been doing these for just a few days. So I guess you are right, that it's still early for me. I am just so anxious.

Just keep trying. There are those lucky few who can do it within a couple days of trying, there are people like me whom it takes several weeks (Took me 4 1/2 weeks) and then there are some very unlucky people who have to try for several months, but you're probably in the middle with everyone else.

It takes a couple weeks to really start to see results from all the combined methods of using mantras, reality checks, etc., but it's well worth the wait. Things will likely start to happen within the first week, but most folks will get some noticeable results by week 2, as I did.
