Thread: i just dont get it...i need help (question for WILDers too)

ok basically i have dreams but i never reality check in them...i have no control, i perform rc's during the day.

when i have regular dreams, normal ones, how do u suddenly decide to control and do a RC? the dream is going on as normal and i have no control....or is that why u make a habit out of doing RC's in real life so that u do them in a dream?

also today i had a dream where i was talking to my mate about being lucid, i looked at my hands and there was 7 fingers, i didnt become lucid still, how do u become aware suddenly when u look at these things in a dream?

also for WILDing, how long u guys stay still before u get SP? 10-20? 30? 50 mins? thanks
