      Talking My schizophrenic lucid self

well, I recently had an experience (and other reasons) that made me come back to the forum.

while I was in some kind of epic fantasy-action-awesome dream in which I had to kill a gigantic green troll-king-ish thing, I thought 'Wow, I really gotta remember this dream! - wait, I'm dreaming? - Yeah, ofcourse!'
Then became lucidity and lost very quick, because I haven't been lucid in weeks/months.

Well, what do you think? Is there a way to always be that 'dream-conscious' ?
And if anybody of you ever had a similar experience, please tell

That's a textbook early lucid dream. You didn't really have much control and it lasted for a short while, but you still became aware you were dreaming while doing so. In time they will get longer. My first was only about 3 seconds, while my last 3, which were chain DEILDs, lasted for a total of about 10 minutes.

My first lucid dream I had was the same. Shortly after I got lucid I awoke.
