Do you hang on to old journals?

I used to have 3 or 4 rtf journals on my computer that were my old dream journals.
I unfortunately had to do an emergency reformat and I'd lost them.

This brings up the question, do you hang on to your journals, or do you toss em and start over after certain periods of time?

I've only filled half of a paper journal; now all my stuff is online.
I do keep regular journals, though. I have a few from when I was six.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I hang on to them if at all possible. I wish I'd wrote down more of my dreams when I was younger, though. I sure had some fascinating ones growing up. It's interesting to look back at dreams you've had months and years ago and think, "Oh yah! I remember that." It's also interesting to see how the things you dream about have changed over time... or haven't.

Same. It's too bad I didn't realize the significance of dreams back then.

I know, same. I would of wanted to remember more of my dreams as a kid. I remember a few of them, because i used to tell everyone about them.

I keep my old DJ notebook with me. My other DJ is the online one, which is still available for reading.

I like to keep past records of things, so that I can ponder over their existence, and how they came to be, just years later.

I have only filled a small amount of mine, but I would keep mine. It may be a source of inspiration for me later, or rather the dreams in it.
