      Cause of False Awakening

      What causes a false awakening?

      Another member asked me but I couldn't answer.

      Often FA's are caused by a lucid destabilizing. Sometimes when your lucid destabilized, other times you get a FA. I think there are other causes...but that is the one cause I can think of right now.
