      I can't believe I never heard about Lucid dreaming.

      This forum has really opened my eyes. I cannot believe I have never once heard of Lucid dreaming.

      Most nights when I'm trying to fall asleep, I would attempt meditation. During my meditation state I would experience rapid vibrations and consciousness during REM. I could never figure out what to do in this state or even explain why my body was reacting the way it did. In the end I just exclaim "Cool, my body feels funny" before dozing off into dreaming. I'm very excited to do some more research into Lucid dreaming and take myself to the next level.

      If anyone could give me some advice on where I should start next that would be very much appreciated.

      Well, yeah, most people don't even know about LDing..much less care. Lots of people think it's SO weird-even impossible. Others are naturals, but don't know that what they dream a lot of the times in a LD .

      I recomomend starting a DJ if you haven't already, and checking out some of the tutorials. Try looking up the RC one, and any type of LD you'd like to try (i.e. DILD, DEILD, WILD...).
