Exclamation Realistic looking dream stopping lucidity?

Okay so I had a dream last night where I almost went lucid but I looked around myself and everything seemed so real that I completely forgot it was a dream. I think I remember telling myself "Oh crap this is actually real I'm not dreaming." So is this normal? Has this ever happened to anyone else?

LOL, not that I remember. Sounds like a neat experience, though. At least it was vivid, right?
To truly know someone is to have seen through their eyes while they were dreaming.

PM me if you want to get acquainted. Looks like adoption's not an option.
