      Post Vortaix's Workbook

      Greetings fellow dreamers !

I'm glad i have found a class that teaches lucid dreaming, heh, awesome idea !

So, um, i am not new to lucid dreaming. It all started when i was little..
I had a lot of nightmares, and the dreams kept repeating over and over, so i would realise that i am in a dream..
Every time i had a nightmare, i would get lucid.. Every single time ! And then, i would either fight with the bad guys, or make friends with them..
From the moment i have found out i can control the dream, i haven't had any more nightmares (thanks to lucid dreaming :3 ) !

My recall is 2-4 dreams per night, i used to keep a dream journal, but i stopped.. So from this moment, i will start keeping it again!

I will be sure to write down all my goals, dreams, successes, failures, and opinions in this workbook, so i can share my thinking with you guys, and so we can assist each other to success ! :3

Welcome to class! I also learned about lucid dreaming when having nightmares, and it's great that you're not having any more What do you intend to do from here? Take up a few previous tasks or just do your own thing? If you have anything you're wondering over, feel free to ask.

Well i will take all the tasks there are in your class.. From here i will just improve my lucid dreaming skills i already have.. I have had a lot of DILDS [15], a few MILDS [2-3], half of a WILD [1/2] (Only paralysis), and last night i had a DEILD by accident xD !

I like the feeling of a DEILD ! It was awesome !! I woke up from a dream, and i just closed my eyes.. All i could see is black.. Then i just imagined a street.. I somehow looked down and i saw it.. i touched the gravel with my hands, and i could feel the texture.. I stabilized the dream, and roamed for a while, but shortly after i woke up.. I like it because you are actually aware you are dreaming from the first moment you start the dream..

I wake up 3-4 times every night ! So i would like to master DEILD.. It seems very easy and fun !

I am 16.. and i have a lot of time on my hands to master all the techniques.. But i would be grateful if you could teach me all you know about DEILDs, so i could post in here what happens every night i try DEILDing and the problems i might have !

      Thank-you :]

      [FAIL]

I recalled 4 dreams in the morning.. I woke up 4 times during the night trying to DEILD again, but it didn't succeed. [i don't use an alarm, i naturally wake up 3-4 times during the night]

When i woke up from a dream, i could see my eyelids and i opened my eyes ARGHH i don't even know why.. so it kinda failed.. or i thought it will fail and that's why it did !
When i tried to imagine a new dream all i would do is stare into blackness and not get in sleep paralysis..

This day i will focus on getting DEILD to work, so i won't be watching any tv, or using my laptop !

Goal for tonight : Get lucid using DEILD and stabilize the dream, and see for how long i can stay in it..

Waking up without moving or opening eyes is not that easy, if you practice alot you will eventually be able to recognise the end of each dream and you'll be able to stay completely still for DEILD to start working immediately. However DEILD still works even though you've opened your eyes. Just close them and start relaxing. The less you've moved your body the faster you end up in SP and in a dream. Just try each time and you'll succeed soon

Try using an anchor to keep you focused. That is counting breaths, counting or visualizations. You have to find a thought process that works for you as everyone's different. Practice makes perfect! Good luck tonight

3 regular dreams, and 2 lucid ones BUT, it is a FAIL because both dreams were induced by DILD and not DEILD or WILD..
