A problem here is that probably no one over your age threshhold is very likely to care if you think you feel you need answers by tomorrow afternoon.

Not only that, but it might have been a good idea to call this Seeking Wisdom From Mature Individuals rather than Old People survey...

Haha. The replies have been quite amusing, but not necessarily helpful. I found a forum that was somewhat vital and actually had people posting, and posted in a off topic section. I should have figured there aren't a whole lot of older people exploring how to lucid dream. Well, thank you all for you replies. I think I'll try reddit, as was recommended.

There's fuckloads of old people on reddit.

I never heard of reddit. Just googled it. That seemed useless. Why was that brought up? I thought veneration (or lack thereof) of age was the topic?

You could easily find some better place. I just googled "old people forum" and tons of results came up.

Yeah, I did the same earlier because I wanted to see if there are actually old people message boards. I should have used common sense, old people don't know how to use the internets.

Only a small portion of them. Right now the average person above the age of 50 or so knows a lot less about using the internet than younger people.

nope, but how many people created the internet, not every old person ever. Im just saying, in general, younger people know how to use it more than old people.

Yep. The kids who grew up with it have it in their blood in the way my generation can't. Just like the generation before them grew up knowing how to use remote controls and video games and DVD players and stuff like that better than their parents.

I'll tell ya what though - most of the older people on the internet are on specialized hobbyist or professional forums - you won't find any forums called "Old People Forums"! Lol!!

On the stopmotion forum where I hung out before discovering DV it's a lot of people in their 40's 50's and 60's even who were big names (or big fans) in the stopmotion industry in its heyday and now they get to hang out and shoot the bull about it and lament about the lost glory days before CGI and all. I guess there's also a bunch on Adult Friend Finder...
