I'm not really sure if this technique is a variation of other know techniques, but the thing is that it really used to work on me so maybe it could work for othe people . It was quite easy actually, I would just laid on my bed, relax like if I were to fall asleep at any moment and start to remember a past dream. I would recreate it with my imagination over and over again and imagine new possibilities to that dream. After fallen asleep i would wake in said dream fully lucid.
