Im trying to do that too i havnt got there yet so im no expert but from what i know about it the 3 biggest tips i can give you are

Awake back to bed-set your alarm 4-6 hours into your sleep wake up stay up for 30 mins-1 hour then go back to bed and then try

counting numbers in your head every time you exhale to help you relax

and....well....okay only two tips but like i said im no expert, aslong as you know not to move at all not to think to much and to ignore the rollover sighns it should happen just keep practicing

also ive got to ask someone els who knows better, isnt the tingling feeling the beggining of sp?

Here is a link to a nice tutorial by Puffin.

As far as tingling, everybody will experiance differant trippy feelings, visions,or noises. Tingling is very common. The strange feeling are not from the SP but happen at pretty much the same time. You have tricked your body into sleeping before your mind, so it feels weird. Remember not to test to see if you cannot move! SP is easily overcome by exerting will with the concious mind. All you will do by trying to move (to test it) is break the SP and waste your time. The experience will just feel like you would have to make an effort to move, but don't do it.
Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.

thanks guys, i got a tingling feeling that you described, Heathy1, and cause it was the first time i tried sleep paralysis, i didnt know what to expect, so it freaked me out at first but then the tiredness that i had went away and i was really energetic, and for some reason happy(i started to smile) and at least 10 thought were going through my head at once, i eventually moved because i had the worst itch on my nose and i didnt know what to do after the tingling any way
