Thread: spencers new induction technique Aild(action induced lucid dreaming)

I found this new method of inducing lucid dreams that is similar to Wild. Its called Aild(Action induced lucid dreams).
The idea is to move a centain part of your body over and over while letting your mind fall asleep. When your mind gets used to this action you can supposedly fall asleep and keep doing this. You can also picture yourself doing it while dreaming to keep doing it in real life. Doing this allows you to lucid dream and move in real life. Has anyone tried this before or does anyone want to.
