Do the MILD technique as normal but instead of visualizing a previous dream, visualize a dream you are incubating (it's more effective if you incubate the dream during the day using meditation). Let the dream be a motivating one, and use dream incubation affirmations , like "when I go to X(the desired dream) , I will know that I am dreaming" , and choose to do a desired act in the dream (also incubate that act while meditating) and say it with the affirmations, like "when I go to X(the desired dream) , I will know that I am dreaming and I will do Y" .Try to be in a meditative state to boost the efficiency alot, and try to really be filled with emotions and desires. Let these visualizations and affirmations be the last thing you think of before you fall asleep. Either you have the incubated dream and become lucid, or your effort in the MILD part and the boost of motivation will lead to a normal lucid dream. This technique can double your chances for a lucid dream, especially if you do it with WBTB technique. This technique works really well with me, and I recommend all of you to try it. Good luck
