      Deisp my first "real" technique.

Yes I mean an odd off the wall attempt that in the last week has been very successful for me! And I mean every night for the last 3 days! Basically this is an hybrid of sorts. First you need to realize your dreaming in a dream first, and rather than exploring this not so vivid lucid dream excite yourself to the point that your about to loose the dream. Stop and relax once you feel you real body again and within 15 seconds you should be in sp. Once this ends you will receive an almost wild like detailed lucid dream! Yes, this requires you to be good at deilds first of all, but many of us are horrible at wilds but good at deilds and many who are good at deilds have never experienced sp in their life's. I'm convened this can. It's a risk of ruining a lucid dream you've already started but the good out ways the bad if you ask me.

Hate to break it to you, but you just explained exactly what you're supposed to do in a DEILD (dream exited induced lucid dream) where if practiced enough you dont really have to be lucid when you exit the dream. by the way you desrcibed it, you must have had one successful lucid dream per night using another method before DEILDing.. that method would be interesting to know?

I realized this was almost directly an deild after you pointed it out, ha. I never claimed to be original. And to answer your question I've been pretty good with realizing I'm dreaming when im dreaming lately. I'm not sure why, but last nights dream when the navi started showing up was pretty easy too realize was a dream.
