      what else can you do with meditation?

      im talking about all meditations, from breath focus to chakra meditation.
      what else can you do with it?
      aside from the normal benifits such as stress relief, relaxation, calm mind, clearer thoughts,pain relief and so on.
      these things dont have to be proven, just what is believed to be.
      so far i know:
      obe/astral projection, LDing, astral/remote viewing, qi/chi/key/prana energy manipulation, raising kundalini. and thats pretty much all ive heard. is there more?

      Remove the paradox of desire, become in tune with the natural way of energy, become able to manipulate that energy.

      The power comes from letting go of force, and flowing with natural energy. I've seen Tai Chi masters orbiting around 90 able to push 250 men to the ground with the flick of a finger. This is not because they have some special powers. They merely understand the flow of energy and are able to work with it.
