Interesting time theory

Starting about 1:20 into this link, they begin to discuss manipulating time. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6GGsvuXBBE8 Was an interesting theory or idea I'd never heard of before. Wasn't sure wether to put this into philosophy or science, but since they mention UFOs I'll stick it here. Basically it has to do with speeding up and slowing down time. By concentrating time in a certain area to speed it up, that leaves less "time" in the surrounding area, making time go slower outside the bubble. Or by slowing down time within a bubble, the excess time is forced outwards, accelerating time outside the bubble. The theorize that if UFOs use time manipulation to perform the seeming impossible maneuvers they can pull off, it might account for "missing time" reported with many UFO cases. Not saying this is fact or anything, just something interesting to think about.

I personally believe time is a subjective thing that's highly variable based on our own perceptions. I do not, however, feel like it's an objective thing of it's own accord. I don't believe there's any "time-stuff" or time particles floating around that we can influence. The very idea sounds rather absurd to me.

I don't believe there's any "time-stuff" Well, I don't know anything about 'time-stuff' but I have been told there's this crazy thing called SPACE-time. And for some insane reason I can't understand, you can't have one without the other because time and space are all a part of the same thing. Whatever that thing is.

Depends on what you consider space. According to string theory, time was there before the universe. Time can't be manipulated, but it is relative to the viewer, tightly bound to the speed of light. The laws on physics just don't let you change the speed or direction of time. However, it's theoretically possible to jump between times, but not in any type of matter.
