Whee, I've made some progress this morning and I think I have a new method to utilize to help me with dream recall. It involves playing loud music and going to back to sleep after I first wake up.

I will start doing this in the mornings, in addition to, at some point in the day, with daydream naps, and see how things go. Perhaps I can utilize this method to leave myself some messages of dream tasks I should be trying to accomplish...
