I tried the music experiment after I first woke up and went back to bed. Unfortunately, it didn't go as well it did yesterday. I'll still include the log here, for progress. Maybe I'll have better results next session.

I've woken up and am still lying in bed, trying to get back to sleep. I can't remember anything that's happened since I went to bed, except a single moment where I was sure that I was in a grocery store, and I also remember seeing a young woman that looked like a receptionist, but I have no idea where I was or what I was doing.
