Hello Habbyster, welcome to the class! We don't need fancy layouts in this class, your first workbook post looks just fine! |
|
Thanks, yeah I have a Dream Journal, I would link it but can't post links just yet |

Mantras are basically a phrase you repeat over and over through the day, and more precisely, right up until the point that you fall asleep. They're to enforce a desire into your subconscious. For example, if you wanted to remember your dreams you could repeat "I wake up after each of my dreams and recall them perfectly." or if you wanted help with DILDs you could repeat "Tonight, I will realise I'm dreaming." |

The best reason for having dreams is that in dreams no reasons are necessary.
No sailor controls the sea. Only a foolish sailor would say such a thing. Similarly, no lucid dreamer controls the dream.
Like a sailor on the sea, we lucid dreamers direct our perceptual awareness within the larger state of dreaming.
Oh right okay, I'll definitely try Mantras tomorrow. For now I've just been doing regular reality checks as I listed above today |
