      My Dreamsign :
      - Always at the place that i've never been there before.
      - Some place that have change not as I remember them. (example : I'm in my house but when i opened my front door, it was my room)

      Technique :
I don't know, i think i screwed this one, i can't get much sleep lately, i don't know why. I always wake up randomly every night, and yesterday, i got a False Awakening. I do my reality check routine, but everything looks normal. If you wondered how i know it was a false awakening. This is what happen.

      Sleep [11 PM]

      [2 AM]
After i'm up,i do some reality check (Asking myself "Am i dreaming ?", Counting my finger, push my finger through my palm) everything looks normal so i decided to write my dreams then went to sleep again.

      [3 AM]
After a couple of hours, i randomly woke up, again. Do some reality check (same as above) then when i was about to write my dream, i can't seems to remember anything so i decided to re-read my Dream Journal, maybe my dream before this will give me some clue. When i opened the page that i wrote my dream before, it was gone ! I can't believe it. Then an idea of False Awakening struck my mind. "Of course, i must be at false awakening when i write this one." So i decided to sleep again.

      [7 AM]
Finally i wake up at 7 AM, i do some reality check to make sure it wasn't a false awakening. I opened my Dream Journal again to write my latest dream, and when i opened my latest page, there it is, i can see my dream that i wrote at 2 AM, then what happen to me at 3 AM, this make me confused.

Is it something wrong with my reality check technique ? or because i didn't really mean it when i asked myself "Am i dreaming ?". Any help will be apreciated, thanks

      Welcome to the class.

It's great you're waking up in the middle of the night, best way to get good recall. As for the false awakenings, I tend to find reality checks are a lot less successful during them, I believe this is because of the fact that they can be so unbelievably realistic that we're not truly "checking our reality". You really need to question and examine your environment each time you wake up rather than just doing a reality check. Awareness is key.

The best reason for having dreams is that in dreams no reasons are necessary.

No sailor controls the sea. Only a foolish sailor would say such a thing. Similarly, no lucid dreamer controls the dream.
Like a sailor on the sea, we lucid dreamers direct our perceptual awareness within the larger state of dreaming.

ok thanks for the tips RareCola, i'm gonna try it .

Okay guys, i really don't know what happen to myself. Tonight i have 3 Lucid Dream in a row. But all of them only last a couple of minutes, I'm using a technique that i find on the internet, here's what i do.

      Sleep [11 PM]

      [2.30 AM]
I don't remember anything about my dream, i just lay still and do some reality check then trying to recall my dream. Nothing comes around so i went to sleep.

      [4.30 AM]
Reality checks then went to bathroom ,Write my dream, sleep again. Then something weird happened, i sleep as usual, i do nothing of visualization or something like that, but when i feel my body is already went to sleep (i don't know how to describe this condition), i imagine myself holding something in my dream (now a guitar) , i don't care where, and after a couple of seconds i changed my focus to my body, and i can feel the weight of the guitar, then i switched again to the imagination and there it is, i can see myself holding the guitar, and now i happens to be somewhere that i don't even know, after a couple of second staring into myself (in dream) i finally have a control of myself.

      -First LD-
I was in some kind of village, i am holding a guitar, then i throwed the guitar away. It just floating right beside me. I just ignore it and walk away, then after a few step my vision becomes blurry. So i stop for a sec, crouched then rub the road and shout "Stabilize !". There it is, my vision becomes clear again, so i continued my walk. My eyelids feels very heavy. Then i see a house, i went there, and before opening the door, i told myself ("When i opened this door, my dream character will be inside the house". I opened the door, and i can't find her anywhere, then my eyelids feels even heavier than before, and i started to feel the softness of my bed, i can't help it, i closed my eyes and wake up.

      [5.00 AM]
Doing exactly the same as what i do at 4.30 AM. Then found myself in my house, nobody's here, so i decided to go outside. Like before, i imagined my dream character will be right in front of the door, when i opened it there's nothing, just a park. My eyelids started to get heavy again, and my vision get's blurry, i crouched and rub the floor then shout "Stabilize". It didn't work, my eyes closed on it's own, and i wake up.

      [6 AM]
I'm not give up, i'm doing my methods again. And i find myself in front of my grandmother house. I turn around and now, i crouched and rub the road like before and shout "Stabilize !". After i think the dream is clear enough to explore i begin my walk. Again, my eyelids feels heavy, i'm not give up, i resisting and forcing it to open and continued my walk. I just want to walk right now and sightseeing, but i didn't see anybody else so i decided to wake up, i closed my eyes and find myself in my room.

why in my dream there was no one at all ? but in the usual dream i can find someone that i don't even know.

That's it for now, if you wondered where i get this tutorial, you can grab it here, it is a Tutorial with some Subliminal Video, before you use it, read the instructions carefully.
      Subliminal Videos Tutorial
Hope it'll be useful to you

That's really awesome! I believe you had multiple DEILDs. It's a great technique.

No worries gameRedan, focus on reality first! Your workbook isn't a huge priority, we just like reading an update every now and then. So how's your dream recall been while you've been busy? Have you still been keeping notes of your dreams, or have you stopped to focus on this project?

Good luck adjusting your sleep schedule. I know that's a pain to do.

You can read this post from the WILD class: http://www.dreamviews.com/f156/wild-...dreams-132565/

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

Oooh you can try the uhm...beach relaxation thing.. not sure what it's really called..

Basically what you do is lay still in a comfortable position. Imagine that you're on the beach, at the edge of the shore. Imagine a wave coming up to your feet, then going back out to the ocean. Then another wave coming higher up your body -- knees, then thighs, then hips, etc. I usually do this, and do my mantras mentally along with every wave. Also, to make it easier for me, I imagine every wave coming along with my breath.

Not sure if I explained that sensibly lol. But yea that's one relaxation technique I do all the time.

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

Hey gameRedan, which WILD guides/techniques have you tried? Have you tried reading over Sageous' WILD class? It's a LOT to read, but it has a lot of good information for folks wanting to WILD. WILD is so difficult to learn for some folks (like me); an in-depth class is good. Or try reading some other tutorials. As with any LD technique, give it some time. You'll have to keep at it for a while, and experiment to find what's right for you.

Just a thought: August is coming up! Why don't you create a list of personal lucid goals you would like to achieve this month? It can help motivate you and put you in a better mindset to get lucid sooner! Good luck.

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

ok weird things happened on me again, i have a same dream twice, but i still doubt it.

I was at the my grandma's house when suddenly i heard a large footsteps. I notice there were so many people there, even i don't know every one of them, they're scared of something, but i don't know. When so suddenly a wild thought popped in my head "Wait, i've experienced this before, there will be a T-rex peeking through the window !". Then i jumped and run to close the curtain. There i am, crouched and trembling, hoping this plan will works, the footsteps are getting closer then quiet for a moment. After a few seconds, i hear the footsteps again, and then gone.

The problem is, i still don't aware with all of my actions, even in there i feel this thing already happened before, and in my waking life sometimes i feel like having a deja vu. That dream was not in DJ, because i think it was a dream from a long time ago, don't know for sure though, but i do feel like i've experienced that before. I know this doesn't make any sense, and i'm also confused myself

Recurring dreams are more common than most people think. I've had the exact same dream about 5 times, so don't worry about it!
