Good work. I know that you sometimes have trouble with sleep so I wanted to see whether you planned to make 12 AM to 6 AM your full block of sleep. That would be good for a "Wake Back to Bed" where you get up for a little while and then return to bed for a WILD or MILD technique. But 6 hours is generally pretty short for a full night's sleep. Your longest REM cycles will tend to occur in the later phases of sleep, so generally sleeping longer is better when possible.

Again, I'm aware that you have trouble sleeping at himes, so of course just do the best you can. I just want to make sure that you don't sacrifice or shorten your sleep unnecessarily. Lucid dreaming in general works best when you get a bit more sleep.

Your list of reasons/goals looks good, particularly the prospect of having all teh cookies!!
