So you were lucid then! Congrats! One question though, were you aware since the moment you woke up from the previous dream until the dream started? Or did you fall asleep some time in between and became aware when the dream began? If it was the former, then I believe that was a DEILD. It doesn't matter though, a lucid is a lucid. Great job!

As for the WILD thing: you shouldn't focus on getting sleep paralysis because it is not the goal in WILD. At best, you can use it to remind yourself you're on the right track. Furthermore, the things you feel when you attempt a wild (such as tingling, hallucinations, heaviness, etc) are most likely just normal bodily sensations you notice as your body is falling asleep, and this does not necesssarily mean it is sleep paralysis. Many people even have WILDs without ever feeling anything. But that doesn't dismiss actual sleep paralysis though. You could still have it, I just wanted to share this with you to clarify some common misconceptions :3
