      WELCOME TO MY WORKBOOK



      My name is Ella and i'm here to learn more about lucid dreaming and I hope soon to experience it.
      I'm happyI found this site were so many peoples share the same interest.



      Reality Checks
      -Finger trough palm
      -Finger count
      -Nose plug

      Dream Signs
      -Some peoples from my past
      -The place were i grow up


      Short-Term Goals
      -Become aware that i'm dreaming
      -Talk to my DC
      -Better dream recall
      -Transform into a bat

      Long-Term Goals
      -Have a few lucid dreams every week
      -Use lucid dreams to solve problems


      Lucid/Dream Recall History
      -I recall around 2 to 4 per night


      Current Technique
      I do reality checks during the day ;I'am dreaming"?
      I try to be aware of what I see around me hear, how the objects feel..
      DILD
      I ask myself were i was 5 minutes ago and how I got here.
