Reality Checks:
- Pushing hands through each other
- Breathe while holding breath
- Count fingers
Dream Signs:
- Mountains/Steep Cliffs
- Vast Oceans
- Huge structures
(I love nature and it's beauty so maybe that's why I have so many dreams with awesome landscapes)
Short-Term Goals:
- Stabilize a dream and control it for at least 3 minutes
- Have a 'real' lucid dream (All others have been semi-lucid)
- Have perfect eyesight in dream. I wear contacts irl but I hate them and wish I could get a new pair of eyes so this would be awesome.
- Experience Sleep Paralysis, Some people say it's scary but that's the reason I want to experience it. I love new things and this would be amazing to try
Long-Term Goals:
- Be able to fly (I did fly in one semi-lucid dream, but didn't really take it all in until after I woke up. So I want to fully control it)
- Communicate with my favorite people in my dream
- Summon things/people.
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- Have only ever had semi-lucid dreams where I knew I was dreaming (kind of..) but didn't at the same time. It's hard to explain but it's true.
Current Technique:
- None. Haven't tried and stuck to a technique before. I want to now though. Maybe I'll start with WBTB (Tried this before but fell asleep.)
