ya know, I havent quite figured this out yet, but it seems as if recall is a subset of awareness. Most people don't recall dreams because they put no effort into paying attention to them, i.e. being aware of them. Practicing awareness will definitely lead to major gains in the long run and also in the short run. Although awareness takes more time and practice then say mantras or emotional triggers, it is most definitely worth the effort. As is meditation. |
