Hey, welcome to the Intro Class!

Since you are getting 8-10 hours of sleep each night, you might benefit from trying a WBTB. Basically, set your alarm for 4-6 hours from when you normally fall asleep. Then get up and piddle around for 15-30 min or so (30-60 min is optimal, but obviously recommended for those days where you get to sleep in longer). Then during that awake time, read through your lucid goals and make an effort to remember them. As in, what you want to do once you become lucid.

Also, have you started a dream journal yet, or are going to?
