      MusicDragon's Workbook

      Reality Checks:
      - Pressing my hand against a wall to see if I go through
      - Attempting to fly (I flap my arms as if they were wings)
*I would like to note that this reality check is only done when I'm in the presence of my cat since most flying dreams begin in my backyard when he is there.
-Reading text, looking away, and reading it again to see if it changed.

      Dream Signs:
      - Cats, most particularly Patch, my cat, and Little One, one of my cats that disappeared Unfortunately, her presence always makes me realize I'm dreaming...
      - Carnivals.
      - Flying.
      -Severe weather.
      *New* (as of 05/04/13)
      - My grandmother's backyard
      - Marching band instruments.

      Short-Term Goals:
      - Increase dream recall.
      - Increase awareness during daytime.

      Long-Term Goals:
      - Learn various techniques to obtain lucidity.
      - To dream more vividly.
      - To be able to exercise more control in a dream.
      - To learn to summon various dream characters.
      - To learn to manipulate the landscape.
      - To learn to revisit dreams.

      Lucid/Dream Recall History:
      - I've had several lucid dreams, one actually attained through WILD (however it was the only time it ever worked. Lucky, I guess)
      - My dream recall is relatively good, though not as good as last year since I stopped keeping a dream journal (though I plan to keep one now). Currently, I only recall feelings and fragments of dreams.

      Current Technique:
      - Right now I will begin first by increasing dream recall and awareness during the day. So perhaps DILD or MILD is the way to go at the moment. (or perhaps both).
