Dream Recall: 1 Dream a night If focused
      Amount Of LDS:

      Long Term Goals:

      Become Proficient at Dream Recall
Gain full control over my Dreams
Learn how to induce Lucidity every night.

      Fly
      Teleport at will
      Phaseshift.

Why I want to Lucid Dream:
I want to lucid dream for loads of reasons! If shooting lasers from my own hands while walking through walls isn't cool enough, I could talk to my sub concious and find stuff out about myself I need to know and get important messages.

      Welcome to the class FluxDZ!

So, since you're new at this, my first question to you is have you started a dream journal yet? You can have a written one by your bed of course, but you can also use the one we have on the site: DreamViews Blogs. It really helps with recall, which you mentioned needs improvement. But it also helps you identify dream signs, which can trigger lucidity. It's a great starting point for everyone here.

Anyway, read over the Lessons if you haven't yet, and I look forward to reading your progress!

      Well said my friend
Thank you, I have taken up your idea of a dream journal, I am starting it tonight and hope to get at least a memory of a dream tonight, I have even straightened out my sleep schedule to help me out.

I have a question, I'm having trouble remembering my dreams, I feel it is because I wake up and instantly move without any thought, i'd just like to ask how you guys wake up without moving so to speak.

You don't have to not move, you just have to not carry out any sort of activity. It's not a case of staying completely still. Wake up and do nothing (activity wise) for a few minutes and see if any fragments come to you. Search your thoughts. I have no doubt that when you sort your sleeping pattern out, you will recall a lot more. How much sleep did you get last night?

If you still have trouble with recall after that, then you should maybe try using mantras to help you out to remember them. As you're falling asleep say something like, "I wake up and remember all my dreams," in your head over and over again. Try and have it be the last thought as you fall asleep. This will help you out a lot, and it's how I got my recall up initially, and if it dips, I still use this to help me out! Remember that it may take a week or two to get your recall up to 1-2 dreams a night, especially if you have none at the moment. Keep on going and don't lose hope! It's a hard journey, but it's worth it! Good luck!

Thanks man, I have been doing most of what your suggesting, I just need to try and search my thoughts for longer, I recently sorted out my sleep pattern to help out too.

Well Today I got a fragment of my dream(I think I would of remembered it all, I was woke up startled by a loud alarm). I was leonardo di caprio in inception.(I watched inception that night). Atleast I am seeing progress! I'm gonna set myself a goal of being able to remember 1 full dream by monday.

      Hey! Welcome

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

Well, Since I last posted I have been remembering around 1-2 dreams everynight. I've been a power ranger fighting off bowser in different dimensions. I've been spider man while fighting a lizard man parkouring. I've gone rambo with a gun. And most importantly I had a false awakening/Lucid Dream!!!!

      3. Start learning SSILD
      4. Increase everyday Awareness
      5. Learn the basics of pre-programming a dream.

Hi. Maybe you could force yourself to wake up REALLY early (like 5AM) for a few days, and then stay up all day, with no naps?
