Well I only managed about 6 hours sleep last night because of the naps I had taken, but still I have remembered absolutely NO DREAMS! This is really annoying, as its not like I just forget the dreams, but I have absolutely no recollection of them when I wake up. I am doing what the people say here, but nothing seems to be working so far . This isn't anything like last time, where most of the time I didn't just remember the dreams when I woke up, but I full on experienced them instead, if you know what I mean. Does anyone have any suggestions? Stress/being busy could be a factor, as I do have a lot of work coming up, but idk.
