Well, welcome to the intro class, good looking workbook so far. If you aren't already make sure you keep a dream journal, it will drastically improve your recall, well over time of course. If you have any questions or need some advice feel free to ask.

      Thanks for the warm welcome
I have a dream journal on my phone and I write there almost every day, even if I don't remember much. I forgot to say something - On the forum I red that it's better the autosuggestions for MILD to be like "Look around! This is a dream!" Is it true that it must be more like a command?

Mmm, it doesn't necessarily have to be a command, in my experience whatever you think will work best will work, even if it doesn't really do anything, it still actually does with a sort of placebo effect. I hope that makes sense. Essentially, do what you think is best.

I tried ADA and after only one day I had a lucid dream I wasn't so lucid and I lost my lucidity fast, but my last lucid was last summer... This is just for one day. I'm wondering - If I continue practicing it what will be the result?

Congratulations on the lucid! As for what the results will be, I'd say there's only one way to find out.

Now that you know what you're capable of, you can go to bed every night knowing that it's possible to have a lucid dream. Expect it of yourself! Be confident. You got an LD on day #1 of trying the technique, didn't you? What's not to be confident about?

Let us know how you do!

The new school year started and unfortunately now I don't practice ADA so much, but my dream recall is better for no reason I'll wait couple of days and I'll start again with ADA. Hopefully I will have many lucid's
