Also, congrats on the ld, it sounds like a really cool one! I try every once in a while to get answers to spiritual questions but my DCs are rather unhelpful, they usually don't say much or answer in gibberish. It's really nice you managed to keep the conversation going even if it did go in another direction in the end.

THANK YOU -yes! I am happy to have had a lucid experiance. I have had wonderful luck with searching out the spiritual within my lucidity and I have even met spiritually strong DCs who seem to have depth and intellegence within them. One was called a "Number One" I almost tripped over him/her (no obvious gender)
Because it was standing behind me and I had not precognition of it being there which is strange because I would say 90 % or more of the dream seems to be thought generated. It was extreamly intellegent and patient and kind but still would not answer some of my questions

No dreaming remembered last night. Tonight I took X6 600 Mg fish oil/ omega 3. Sometimes this seems to boost lucidity or at least recall. Going to sleep now at 12:35am. Hopefully I will have something to report next entry.
