      Nap of about 15 minutes in the afternoon.
      I went to bed at 23:40 and woke up when the alarm went off 6:45.
      Before bed, brief reading of dream journal.
      I fell asleep quickly.
      One dream remembered.

      I took a break, I was tired and needed to sleep...
      I vaguely remembered a dream... And the truth is that I am very rested this morning!

      I continued reading the course about WILD of Sageous...
