I see. You can adjust the practices accordingly. You don't need to do ADA all day long, you can do it sporadically (SAT - sporadic awarness technique) whenever you feel like and see if there's a difference in how you feel and the results you get. |

I've been a week without internet, but I'm back with two more LDs under my belt! I had them both Wednesday night, and they were pretty sweet. I'm getting back into the swing of things. |

It has been SO long since I've been on here, and I'm glad to be back! I've lost my dreaming habits, and now that schools over, I want to get back into it. I stopped just as soon as I got started, and I want to continue where I left off. |
