Still struggling with my productivity. I decided to go for SSILD again, but to be honest I feel more like I'm doing that because it's an easy way out instead of it necessarily being the best option for me. Time to push my reset button and build my habits from the ground up again. Before attempting anything at night I want to make sure my habits during the day are solid. For now that means focussing on more awareness during the day. Shouldn't be too hard since I've just had surgery and I'm nearly always in pain |
