      sentis's Workbook

I've finally decided to stop procrastinating and start getting back into lucid dreaming. Since I never made much progress I guess I'll start in the Intro class.

      Motivation:
To be able to do things I could never do in real life and maybe find out a little bit more about myself.

      Reality Checks:
      -Hand Test

      Dream Signs:
      -My School
      -Statues
      -My House

      Short-Term Goals:
      -Have Ice Powers
      -Stop Time
      -Meet my Dream Guide

      Long-Term Goals:
-To have lucid dreams at will
-Use lucid dreams to find creative ideas
-To go on an RPG-esque adventure

      Lucid/Dream Recall History:
-My dream recall has always been decent, even to this day I have no problems remembering at least parts of my dreams. I have had a small handful of lucid dreams and still remember what having one felt like.

      Current Technique:
-Back in the day it was the MILD method, but now it's mostly the DILD method. Mainly because lately I haven't made much of an effort to have lucid dreams.

      Wake up Times:
On weekdays I usually try to go to sleep before 10:00 PM; usually at around 9:30 PM. I often wake up somewhere between 3:30 AM and 5:00 AM. On weekends I sleep whenever I feel my eyes getting heavy.

Very cool. When you say DILD, which technique are you using? DILD is a type of lucid dream, and not a technique per se. I suggest getting a backup RC--maybe a digital watch or business card to read. Keep us posted on your DJing habits/progress.
