Hi, I'm dreamingcookie, and I hope this workbook will grant me some lucid dreams.

- Questioning my reality

Dream Signs:
- trains (for some reason )
- forgetting things

Short-Term Goals:
- Getting a proper LD
- Keeping my dream journal every day
- Analysing my DJ for various things (especially finding new and better DS')
- Trying out WILD for a while

Long-Term Goals:
- Getting at least one LD per week
- Recalling my dreams every day possible

Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- about two or three dreams each night (though there are days when I recall no dreams at all...)
