I'm no expert, but I have a possible suggestion for you. I have started using this mantra to wake up after a dream naturally and remember it. It works better than an alarm clock because you can wake up after a dream and you aren't jolted out of it. I say, "I want to wake up after every dream, and I want to remember my dream. I know I can easily wake up after every dream, and remember my dream." It's kind of lengthy and I know it could be shortened. I have just started using this, but have had success waking up naturally and remembering 3 vivid dreams. Then you are doing a ton of natural WBTB's which give people a much greater chance of LD'ing. I say the mantra a few times throughout the day. I like to meditate pretty close to going to sleep, and before I open my eyes or move I will say it a few times. After I relax for a while in bed, I will say it. If you can say it and fall asleep thinking about it that is the best. If I'm not falling asleep I will just stop thinking about it and it still works great!
