      Newbie.

      Hello everyone. I just stumbled onto this site today and have found it very informative and fun. I personally have had several lucid dreams (not as of late however). I wish I had found this site a while ago so that I could have understood lucid dreams better. So far my experience has not been favorable. By this I mean I couldn't overcome the strong emotion of realizing I was awake in my dream. I actually thought I was being possessed. Silly I know but the feelings were strong and new in my dreams so I actually would make myself wake-up. I will take the information and techniques I have learned from this site and try to do things right this time.

      Well hi there and welcome to the site. I've had emotion problems similar to yours when I first had lucid dreams. This site helped me with that and I'm sure it will help you. good luck with the dreams.
