Hello, another newbe or n00b here :D i was working for a month in 1999 or so with LD and DJ

Thing was i started doing drugs and got depressed and had many bad dreams so i stopped. But now im feeling excellent again after 10+yrs. So i wanna start trying this out, im going to do a DJ but i cant recall any recent dreams at all because i suppressed alot of dreams. And feared my own thouhts. im paranoid schizophrenic by the way. =)

Well, so long as you keep the DJ, dreams will come back, just make sure to remind yourself there is nothing to fear in dreams and you should be ok.

Welcome Well done on recovering from depression, it's never a fun spot to be in.

If you're looking to prepare for a MILD before you sleep, a good place to start is always with a nice dream related mantra such as "I will remember my dreams" and if you plan on waking up after your dreams to record in your dream journal (hopefully you do ) then "I will wake up after every dream". It may feel silly at first but it's incredible how well it works.

      Good luck
