Hey my first post here.

So, in the last years of my life I've been trying to sleep the less that I possibly could, drinking energy drinks and whatnot, because I can't remember almost anything of my dreams, so sleeping 8 hours/day so far looks like wasting 1/3 of my life.

In the hope of making sleep something actually useful, I'm willing to try Lucid Dreaming, so I have some questions:

Will I get less rested than if I where sleeping normally? Because obviously when you're LDing you'r brain is more active than if you weren't.

What comes first, the "paralysis" or the hallucination? I keep trying to move while I'm waiting for the paralysis, if the hallucination come first then I don't need to try to move.
I rarely remember my dreams, will it affect me somehow? Should I start with the DDiary first? (I don't want to use it, if I don't need to )

If something hurt you in a LD do you actually feel it?

Well I guess that's all, I'm pretty excited about it, any tips would be great.
And don't mind my english =/
