i know i can wake up before rem etc. and then do wild and have ld normal in rem
but it is not the case in my question.

What can i do while waiting for rem through WILD ?
What for sure will not kick me out from sp?
      Only practicing self discipline ?

There is access to subc already.
So maybe anyone tried - TimeLine from NLP to speed up mind time ?

I hope you got enough knowledge, now time to practice with patience, atleast one technique, of course WILD, you prefer.
      And as you agreed it.
      Only practicing self discipline ?
To fulfill your Sleep, you have to Dream,
To fulfill your Dreams, you have to Wake up.

If you're getting bored WILDing, you're doing it wrong. Your primary goal is to fall asleep.

      Here are some tips:

Your goal IS to fall asleep(to an extent), with certain conditions and parameters..

1: Keep in mind your goal. "You will notice when you are dreaming" "You will become Lucid when begin to dream"

2: You don't dont want to try to keep yourself awake waiting for Sleep Paralysis(SP), if you are to awake and alert, it will never come.

3: Try count numbers. Start from 1 then go to 100, once at 100 go to 1, Repeat. Do this is the back of your mind, not with your "inner voice".

4: Once you are counting, and not thinking about counting, remember your goals listed above.

5: Now, help yourself to slowly fall asleep. Try to match your breathing exhales to the increments of your counting.

6: Slowly doze off into sleep. {Rather more of what you do when you sit 5 minutes staring at a spot on the wall, with no thoughts or movement.)

7: You should have almost no brain activity, and you will begin to see much more vivid images and feel SP. But you wont really notice since you are on the brink of sleep.

8: Stay like this until your images form a "panama" PoV... There may also be other types of senses.

      9: Now you are dreaming.

      • To get out of Sleep Paralysis or a Dream. Simply hold your breath as long as possible, even to the point of you feeling like your going to pass out. It's perfectly safe. You may need to try it a few times depending on your lung capacity.

      Thanks.
      What do you mean :
3: Try count numbers. Start from 1 then go to 100, once at 100 go to 1, Repeat. Do this is the back of your mind, not with your "inner voice". ?
Do this is the back of your mind, not with your "inner voice". ? - see numbers flowing as images ? see number 1 (visualize ?) 2, 3, 4, without voice ?
      or what ?
Because i can count wihout images and without voice, only using feeling of counting but then i will not know what number is.

You will want to actually count them. Start counting "out loud" in your mind using your "inner voice", then make that voice whisper, so as to not give to much attention to it. - It is rather hard to explain.

Using images, or mental pictures is NOT the way to go. Since hypnogogic imagery is a mix between the minds-eye and the actual eye, once they start to occur, you will begin to have problems. Shorty you either forget you were counting, or be unable to picture the numbers.

The purpose of counting is to keep your Logical part of your mind awake. However, it also aids in having something to focus on while you get deeper into your sleep. With that said, Im not sure if the method you use has the same effect on the Logic part of your mind/brain. - When counting you eventually want it to become second nature, meaning, your mind will keep counting, even if you forget about it; be to the point where you can think about X and not lose track of where you were or what number(s) you were on.

When I said "Start from 1 then go to 100, once at 100 go to 1, Repeat." I meant this: Example:
      1, 2, 3, .., 98, 99, 100, 99, 98, .., 3, 2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, .., 98, 99, 100, 99, 98, 97, .. .. ..

I have found this method to be much more effective for keeping tack of location while remembering to count. The reason is doing a progressive-digressive count keeps the numbers continually flowing, rather then just restarting, it also creates a loop that is 2x as long then a general 1-100 sequence. - The reason to stop at 100 is; With the word(s) "One hundred and X" having to be repeated, it causes a person to lose focus on the numbers themselves. Another reason is when you begin to see images, hear sounds, etc, your mind will begin to place words and other images to what your just saw and heard. (ex. You are at the number "One hundred and three", then you see your self in class tearing a piece of paper and you think "a ton of paper just tore", which sounds extremely close to your next count, thus causing confusion of where you are, sometimes even making you forget to keep counting....
