Thread: Reality checking -- Post your technique's here please

I count fingers mostly. It's gotten to the point now where I will do it jokingly as part of conversations when someone says something I refuse to believe they actually would.

I also look at myself in the mirror, check my necklace, and read things. I don't do every one every time, and I do them somewhere between 2 and 10 times a day, no schedule.

I had my first lucid dream. I've practice different rcs as far as looking at my hands asking myself am I dreaming questioning gravity. But wat worked for me for my first ld is looking into a mirror in my dream I was missing my neck and my reflection was glitching
