I have been working on my dream recall for the past five months and have seen little to no improvement. I have been keeping a dream journal, and repeat to myself that I will remember my dreams as I fall asleep each night. I'm wondering if there is something I'm doing wrong or something that I need to add. I very rarely become conscious in my dreams, so when I wake up, I don't even realize that I had a dream to try and remember. I also sleep straight through the night, so I don’t wake up after my dreams either. I am lucky if I am able to remember one dream a week.
